No, We find the range of Vallejo Acrylic paints to be very comprehensive and suitable for all our miniatures. The range has recently expanded again with more exciting colours. Why would we look elsewhere?

Hi i'm nick but i use GAMES WORKSHOP paints ... what's the connection between being nick and using or not using GW colors? seeing as i used to collect the figures and after an undercoat prince august figures take quite well to GAMES WORKSHOP paints ;D ... I even use Vallejo together with GW (not having mixed them yet, however) and they both work sufficiently for my modest purposes. If you compare the names of GW colors and some from Vallejo's "Model color" line, you even begin wondering if they may not be the same.

I use Mayco paints, which are cheap and have a wide range, to paint both 25mm and 54mm and I'm quite satisfied.
