Mae govannen and Hello Prince August- Fans,
what problems are Fantasy collectors and wargamers facing (regardless if 25, 28 or 32mm)?
Both have one problem:
There are only few civilians available to hunt and capture or to defend!
So I would suggest PAM to create a mould for casting civilians. This mould should contain females, mother & child, girl & boy child, mother and baby, old woman and old man.
Maybe there could be another mould containing such things like dogs, herders and so on.
Another problem, which drives collectors and wargamers insane is the lack of accesoires you often need to finish your cast figures like swords, bows and so on and you often have to cast two complete figures (or more if things work bad) for getting one bow. Sometimes you have even ready cast figures lacking such things, ('cause you have bought them at the www) or you are looking for creating a battlefield and need weapons and shields. Or you would like to give shields to your Orc archers and cudgel wielders.
So I would suggest:
An accessory mould containing sword, scimitar, axe, halberd, morning star, shield, bow, quiver and scabbards maybe dagger. Even if this could be hard to cast, its worth a try, isn't it?
I think PAM's designer would easily make such a mpold as there are so many extras available. That would even reduce costs for ready cast figures as it must be much harder to create a multi-piece figure than one complete.
Hope this helps and would be glad to see one day civilians like the ready-cast juggler and blacksmith.
The moulds should be in a useful 28 or 32 mm style, so that Fantasy fans of all kinds could use them.
