I am brand new to metal working and was a little worried about ordering from outside of England. Due to a computer malfunction everything was ordered except for the casting metal. Whilst this was a technical problem, the company contacted me and rectified immediately, at some cost to themselves. I am very impressed with the service I have received and hope that I am successful with this hobby as I am more than confident that I will receive my orders and more importantly be treated so well as a customer. I agree. I placed an order from the United States recently. The company corrected an error quickly and at cost to themselves. Their customer service is very generous.
