I placed an order for the bag of 80 Warzone plastic models and a pack of dice on October 17th or 18th. I received an email from "Joan" on the 18th, thanking me for my order, and nothing since. I did not receive a tracking number, an estimated date of delivery or even a notification that my packages were in transit. I sent out email inquiries on the 16th and 26th of November, and have not received a reply.
I am very dissatisfied with the complete lack of service I've received, and I'd like to know what's going on with my order.

The payment was an echeck and we might have missed the notification of payment. Regardless we will deal with the missing order today. |
