Hi, I would like to just raise a concern about an order I placed (or tried to place) using your online shopping basket. I tried to order a number of Warzone items right after the 40% sale began, but experienced an error every time I tried to submit the order button. I emailed twice but got an undeliverable message each time (I think that was due to a domain issue on my end). I was finally able to submit the order on 10/3 through a different ISP. However, I am still concerned whether it got processed properly, as once I selected a payment method from the secure screen and hit "confirm" the screen just went blank. I also never received a confirmation email, but I am not certain your system sends those.
I am especially concerned because the end of the sale is coming up quickly and I want to make sure my order qualifies for the sale. I LOVE Warzone and have been looking forward to this sale, so I hate to miss out. I also sent an email asking to confirm this last order attempt, but since I sent that on Saturday, I doubt anyone has had a chance to read it. At your convenience, could you please confirm for me whether my order processed and whether it will qualify for the 40% sale?

Our shopping basket uses Javascript and cookie files. Some third party firewalls (not default windows settings) can be too sensitive and actually block these files from working, resulting in problems with processing the order. If you do have such problems in the future please contact us and we will accept the order via email, fax or over the phone (or even by mail). I do not know why your email did not reach us. Check your Sent box and make sure you did not make a mistake when spelling our email address.
