I have written to dispatch@princeaugust.ie (06 November) and, one week later, to info@princeaugust.ie (12 November) about a missing mold in my last order.
No reply …
Here is the problem:
25 October 2007 I ordered 15 PA fantasy molds & a lot of miniatures on PA web site. 5 November I received 14 molds and the miniatures (4 minis were out of stock and I received a credit note for the missing minis). So I paid for 15 molds but received only 14 (the missing mold is PA 668 - Mounted Goblins & Wolf Horse).
It is VERY easy to realise the problem if one compare the shopping basket document and the sales receipt:
Mold 668 appeared on the "shopping basket" document ("name 27" is mold 668) but is not mentioned on the "sales receipt" I received in the package (Sales receipt for Transaction # 6078; Account # 0007037; Date 26/10/2007).
On the 2 documents the total amount I paid is the same (I paid 206,99 EUR with PayPal, transaction ID, 68148691MB287103A ; date, 25 October 2007).
I don't understand why PA doesn't answer to my messages and I'm very disappointed.
What to do now?

We do strive to help all our customers as best we can. Secondly We have had our dispatch computer harddrive die on us earlier in the month and have been working to solve the issue so some emails may have been lost, and I have been busy at a toy show in Dublin (9th to 11th) and then (due to exposure to so many people) I got the flu so I was out all last week. I will bring the issue to a resolution as fast as possible and send you an email about what we are going to do today.
