Help! I've been requested to cast a "chocolate castle" for a friends wedding. Has anybody tried this before? My thoughts were to try to use some Art Hurse (SP?) fortification moulds. Does anyone have any advice (other than of course not to use moulds that have already been used for metal pouring).

I think you mean Hirst Arts ( www.hirstarts.com). There is a discussion forum linked from the web site and this question has been raised there more than once. The answer is (if I recall correctly) that the moulds are not suitable for food, regardless of whether or not they have been used to cast metal, plaster or anything else. Cheers Tom
