From Svenska Dagbladet 7 of april Woman was a part of the Viking invasions to Ireland and Scotland.
From DNA has scientist from Nature Publishing Group (NPG), Oxford University and an institute at Reykjavik have analysed two different DNA from people from to days Britons. From the DNA you can see that the Vikings come was both Woman and men.
Could we not get more Viking woman? What I know of today Nordic woman they are fighters. So put swords and bow in their hands.

The most recent Viking release have a woman with a sword in her hands. She is defending her child.
