In October, I was able to contact info and dispatch by e-mail but since my messages have been "bounced back". I don't know why there would be a problem. I am not having a problem with any other e-mail addresses.
I placed an order in September but have not received it. Ms. Creedon informed me in October that it had been dispatched 13.09.04 and that I should wait another week and then let her know if I still had not received my order. Also, she included a tracking address with her response that would not work for me, so I have not been able to check my order status that way. Can you help me? I planned to use the moulds before Christmas.
