Have you ordered and not recieved your goods yet?. Have you allowed for the time it takes to reach your part of the World?. Did you give the correct e-mail address so we can reply? Was there a problem with the credit card process? The dispatch department makes every effort to make sure the customer gets the goods on time and in good condition but sometimes a problem occurs. We will do everything we can to solve it. Remember to E-MAIL us when you have a problem. Posting a problem is good for getting feedback from other collectors but if you don't email us then we might miss it. E-mail info@princeaugust.ie or dispatch@princeaugust.ie

I am reluctant to use this forum to resolve this matter but I have sent several emails to both marjorie@princeaugust.ie and dispatch@pricceaugust.ie and have received no reply. On October 12, 2005 I placed an order for some of your mould metal under the special promotion you were running at the time. It is now been well over a month and I have not, as yet, received my order. I realize that overseas postage takes a long time but I was wondering if you could confirm that the package has been sent.
I have allowed enough time for the package to have arrived. I have given my correct email address and since I used PayPal there was no credit card process to worry about. Please help.

You mistyped the e-mail address above in your post. Also Yahoo has a bulk mail folder, that may have filtered a reply into it. Do you check that folder often?
