last two orders been wrong

Made a few order lately from you guys , & just started to fully check & use the items ..
I've had a reply from Michael stating he forwarded the email to the right department but no update since MONDAY ...

Sent another email Wednesday with no reply again ??

I've seem to have a wrong mould ,but it's in the right packet with full instructions etc , GOT THIS - PA1908: Easter Decorations, Rooster at Dawn Mould & ordered this item - Christmas Decorations, Nutcracker with Christmas tree Mould ,like I stated it's in the correct packet

well the paints came today :-) just got in from work ...
A e-mail from you guys stating your aware & working on the problem ,would been helpful ..
Hopefully the mould has been sent as well :-)
