Driving home from work tonight and thinking about how I wish my Meisterzinn molds were easier to cast so I could build a Napoleonic army of decent size, it suddenly dawned on me that I could use my PA SYW molds and then put some Meisterzinn heads on them. Not a perfect solution, but good enough to get by, since Meisterzinn are generic 18th century bodies with interchangeable heads. A perfect solution would be for PA to offer molds with some generic Napoleonic-era heads - shakos, helmets and bicornes that we could plop on the SYW bodies. It would easily expand the range and prevent my army from running around with heads slightly too large for their bodies. (I also still wish PA would introduce a 40mm range like their 54mm soldier line - simple late 19th century uniforms with a variety of heads for everything from the Civil War to early WWI.)

I will pass on that idea to Chris and Lars. Thanks.
