Hi,
There's a lot of complaints and negative issues listed in Customer Service Issues thread and I'd like to drop a positive.
An offer came up a DAY after I placed an order that I'd have qualified for with a small addition, so I dropped Prince August a mail. Thought I'd be out of luck as the offer was only for the weekend, but was pleased PA mailed me back after the weekend and said 'no worries, put another order in with the addition needed, choose the chess set and we'll sort it for you' They even dropped the delivery charge on the new order.
PA could have said that that was the luck of the draw and leave it at that. With the economic climate most companies can only see profit at the time of sale, not that a gesture like this that will see me making future orders and not thinking twice. This is not the first time PA have done this sort of thing for me and I'm sure have done it for others. I think sometimes PA is missed in the positive things they do for customers.
So a big thanks to Prince August for their help. (and no I'm not a PA employee!!lol)

It's nice to hear from happy customers. We do try to make customers feel appreciated, because we do appreciate their custom.

I'm really happy that Prince August is still around, I started with Karoliner moulds in the late 80´s and I've been trying some fantasy 25 mm lately. I like their somewhat old-school look. Thanks!
