Are you going to release new 25mm fantasy moulds ? (Lizardmen for example)

While additions to the 25mm is a possibility it is likely we will be adding to the 32mm Fantasy to 'flesh' out the series a bit first. Lizardmen is an interesting idea. What types and how would they be armed and dressed.

Me, I would just prefer to have a bunch of moulds all in the same scale (the early 25mm mould figures are a lot smaller than the later ones), so one could use the cast Fantasy figures, mould cast fantasy figures and random Mithril figures in the same diorama or whatever.
If some of the older and tinier 25mm moulds were phased out in favour of a new PA standard scale, I would not lose any sleep.

Sorry for the big delay...
Lizardmen in 32mm scale is also interesting, we can use them with 32mm and 25mm humans.
Lizardmen can be dressed with armor and equiped with battleaxe (or long sword) and shield.

How about casting them open-handed with separate weapons? This would provide greater flexibility in building skirmish or wargame units.

How about casting them open-handed with separate weapons? This would provide greater flexibility in building skirmish or wargame units. It is a matter of cost. WE have to 'tool' the masters a good bit more if we are to have extra weapons added. These have to be designed to fit into the mold and cast correctly. This is expensive. Normally we have separate shields but swords / axes are part of a 32mm figure usually. Also casting open hands is a tricky process for metal at that scale. you want it so there is a gap to fit a weapon. I will mention it for releases but I think the Fantasy releases will not have separate weapons.
